Who is responsible
Clearpath (clearpathwcag.com), run by Nika Shio, is the controller of the data described here. Contact: nika.shio@clearpathwcag.com.
What we store
When you submit the free scan form we store:
- your name
- your email address
- your store URL
- your ecommerce platform
- your country
- your consent and the time of submission
The data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf as hosting provider and serves this website. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we store it
To run your free scan, contact you about the results, and, if you ask, discuss a paid audit. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Retention
Submissions are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to give you a copy. To request deletion or exercise any other right, email nika.shio@clearpathwcag.com from the address you used on the form. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, other than the hosting provider named above.
